The Studio Philosophy

Not inspired by the world. Educated by it.

Everything I make starts with something I’ve lived, seen, or inherited. A grandmother’s name. A veranda in Jamaica. A street in Tokyo. The way my family tells a story three different ways.

Culture isn’t decoration here. It’s connection. Every room in the studio comes back to the same question: what do we carry with us, and what do we pass on?
